Caleb and our family were invited to a Make a Wish sendoff luau this weekend. SO much fun! They had authentic Hawaiian singers, dancers (Hu-wadie girls as Isaac says), food and games. The dancers did different dances from the different islands of Hawaii. They changed their costumes to match the theme of the dance. So beautiful! Caleb was given three different lays too. Super cool! We were able to meet two other girls who will also be going to Hawaii for their Make a Wish trip.
People are always drawn to Caleb and the Hawaiian ladies were no different. They had him on their laps, telling him about Hawaii and where we should go to find the best shells. It was so sweet. All of these people volunteered their time for this party. Make a Wish is such an amazing organization!
We are getting very excited about our upcoming trip to Hawaii! We will find out on October 5th what they have planned for us. Can't wait!
