Let it snow (and blow)

I am sure you all know that we had "the biggest storm in a decade" this week. The Packers took backseat to this storm, so you know it was bad:) Our house shook all night long on Tuesday night. We looked outside and couldn't see anything but white. It was really nasty out! We were bummed that Caleb's big pulmonology appt was cancelled Wednesday (everything in Southern Wisconsin was shut down/closed). We are anxious to talk to her about Caleb's CT results!

We woke up and the boys were excited to see how much snow we got. Here's a pic of Caleb standing in the front of our house. The drift is HUGE! I think we only got a total 19 inches of snow, but with 60 mph winds, the drifts around here are just incredible.

Joel went outside to clear the driveway/patio at around 9AM and didn't finish until after 4PM! He was NOT in a good mood after that:) Of course Caleb wanted to go outside too. He is such a snow baby! This is the drift in front of our house. It is amazing how it formed like this, so straight and "man made" looking...it stopped right by the sidewalk, leaving it clear!

A new snow fort:

Even this little monkey decided that it might be fun to go outside!

Now that the "big snow" is over, lets move on to spring!!

It really was unreal, wasn't it? And now it's snowing again!
